At Black, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package over to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
